30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to love your PawPeek™ hoodie. If you are not happy, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Extended 60-day coverage

If you added the + 60-Day Warranty to your order, your return and replacement window is extended to 60 days from delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Add-ons, free gifts and shipping protection are non-refundable.

How to start a return

Email support@pawpeekshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the return instructions and address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Need a different size or design? Contact us and we will help you exchange it, subject to availability.
