Free shipping

Every order that includes the PawPeek™ Christmas Pet Hoodie ships for free. Orders that contain only add-ons (without the hoodie) are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.

Where we ship

United States, Mexico, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, Austria, Poland, Italy and Ireland.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipping. Delivery times may be longer during holidays, peak season or due to carrier and customs delays outside our control. For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering by early December.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first update.

Wrong address or lost packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If your tracking shows no movement for 15 business days, contact us and we will help you resolve it.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes for the countries we ship to are included in our prices — you won't be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
